Wednesday morning English workshop
On Wednesday mornings, Ecole Eden welcomes children (aged 4 to 6) from other schools, as well as our Moyenne section pupils, to take part in our English workshops aimed at learning and practicing English. A theme is chosen for the classroom activities, and we use the English language to convey the content in a child-centered, developmentally appropriate environment. Storytelling, cooking, songs and arts and crafts create the right context for teaching language structures and vocabulary. Wednesdays are filled with fun and constructive learning experiences that tap into children's natural curiosity and love of learning.

Extra-curricular activities
Bass, drums, piano, guitar, as well as the caïxa, shaker, surdo and tamborim for an introduction to the Batucada (Brazilian percussion ensemble) will be featured at the Band again this year.
The Band is an exceptional opportunity for children to share the pleasure of playing music in a group, while cultivating their sense of listening.
It's a fun-filled experience that allows children to develop their social and emotional intelligence, curiosity, awareness, connection with nature, the brain (reading, math, different languages, memory, concentration), the cultivation of human values (empathy, discipline, perseverance, patience, responsibility, etc.) and the development of the physical aspect (motor skills, body coordination through dance/singing), children's self-esteem, emotional expression and creativity.

T'es fort en maths! ... For those who like to search, manipulate, experiment, ask questions, reflect, debate, convince, invent, verify, create, surpass the impossible, follow their intuition, find solutions... In other words, for all children! It's human nature to ask questions about the world. Over the years, TFEM has become TTFEM (t'es trop fort en maths), because students enjoy following their mathematical instincts and expressing themselves through their own research, in interaction with their peers.

EDEN BALL

This cooperative juggling activity develops concentration, attention and gestural coordination. It is based on a series of rhythmic movements, performed alone, in pairs or in a group, to music. The activity enhances cerebral plasticity.
